Mediation is often the most efficient, sustainable, and amicable (put simply, the best) way for litigants to resolve their disputes. The benefits and cost savings of mediation usually far outweigh the upfront cost. Even so, some parties may not take advantage of the mediation process if they are unable to pay a mediator’s fee.
