Scott mediates disputes at all stages—before suit is filed, in active litigation or arbitration, post-trial, and on appeal. He regularly travels across the state for in-person mediation (he has conducted in-person mediations in Dallas, Houston, San Antonio, El Paso, Midland, and College Station). And SBM uses videoconferencing often and successfully to mediate cases all over Texas (as well as ones that are pending in or connected to Colorado, where he litigated and mediated cases for about a decade and remains licensed).
