When and Where SBM Mediates

Scott mediates disputes at all stages—before suit is filed, in active litigation or arbitration, post-trial, and on appeal. Scott mediates cases pending in or arising out of counties all around Texas. He is available to travel for in-person mediations and has traveled for mediations in cities such as San Antonio, Houston, College Station, Midland, and El Paso. Scott is also available to mediate disputes that are pending in or connected to Colorado (where he litigated and mediated cases for about a decade and remains licensed).
